I have a Sara 2000 hvlp 1.3 and it seems to have a small pattern. I replaced the air distribution ring and still the same. I have a 5hp 20 gallon compressor with 3/8 hose high flow fittings. I was running 3 turns on the fluid and 30psi intel. 6 inch away from the paper. It's a single stage paint.

Has it always sprayed this way? Did you buy it new? How big is that pattern? My old Sata jet90 shot a small pattern, and my old Nr95 shot one a little bigger, but my 3000rp shoots one thats about 8-10 in pattern @8 in from the panel.
