Hey bmech211- everybody has their own special process for painting- I like to start on the roof, then hood, down passenger side, down driver's side, end on trunk. I take long strokes like 'Spider Legs' Watson used to do... with practice you can get a large smooth area with minimal blushing- again PRACTICE!!!
p.s.- on candies- don't get too close as you'll see 'tiger striping' easier... (looks like stripes)
