Spraying Evercoat Feather Fill

I am going to spray a section with Evercoat Feather Fill. What is the minimum size gun tip that I can use for this product? How do I measure the size of a tip? I have venier calipers, so is that the correct way and where do I take measurements? Can I leave this stuff uncovered for a period of time, or will it absorb moiusture through to filler underneath?

Try this. No idea how to correctly measure the tip size. Why do you want to let it set? I would top coat asap since you don't want to let all the work leading up to now up to chance. http://www.evercoat.com/imgs/pis/FFG2PIS.pdf

Ron,
I have 4 HVLP gravity feed primer guns (Geo's)
1.5 that I use for 2K primers and 1.8, 2.2, 2.5.
For the FF/Slick-sand I like the 2.2 the best for a large area but the 1.8 works good for small areas like a side. I have used the 1.5 one time on a master cylinder and it just over atomized to much.

This is a porous primer and will suck moisture so should not be exposed outside.
All this is , is spray-able bodyfiller.
