spring hgt
hey all
Installed rear leaf springs on my truck frame. seems like its sitting too high added a 2 " block . can i take some of the arch out to lower the rear? ,{5" right now {. This is a standard after market kit for older trucks. Lm

Its a 40 chevy . Not reall happy with thwe frame hgt either seems a little high. supplier mention ethe sprngs will lose some arch after there on a while . while Larry

The springs might lose a little over time but it won't be a lot. When doing my 48 p/u I removed every other leaf leaving the main leaf and the shortest. The height is right now but it may be a little soft so I might put one back in.
