Stainless brake lines
Hi, anyone ever have any problems with stainless lines? I just installed stainless lines and I can't get one fitting to stop weeping. Everything looks clean and tidy. I seem to recall seeing something about aluminium inserts anybody heard about these? Thanks RZ

Are the stainless not supposed to be flared at a different angle than regular lines?

Ya I beleive so. I got a complete kit to do the whole car, I only have one fitting that seems to be leaking the rest are OK. I took it apart and there was some crud in the distribution block, cleaned it out and the leak was less severe. Maybe I'll have to try that a
gain.

I bought some crows foot wrenches and they allowed me to torque the fittings some more. Seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for the replies.
