65 GTO Stainless Trim

I've got a 65 GTO post car and I would like to know how to renmove the stainless trim from around the door windows and drip edge, is there a special tool for this? I already have the front and rear window off. Thanks for any help!
Some pics of the car are in my gallery.

That stainless is the type that wraps around the posts, I think. I'm sure that there is a way to get it off, but the chance of damaging it is there. I would tend to work around it, rather than chance damaging it.
