stake pocket holes

if you have shaved stake pocket holes before how did you do it, just cut a piece of metal and weld it in even

Exactly. You probably want to lean towards a little low with your filler plate. Easier to fill that way.

If you have stake pocket holes now and you want to shave them? Yes,you cut a pattern to fit out of poster board and transfer the pattern to the metal.Cut it out and spot weld around the patch until it's complete. Use 18 gauge steel because that is the closest to what the rest of the sheet metal is.Then grind smooth,epoxy primer,two part filler,sand,2k prime, guide coat.block ect....
