personally, i think the guy is just trying to sell you something, prolly something he got from a junk yard and threw some paint on, at any rate, the guy dosent really sound like someone i would buy from, but to each his own i guess, i would buy new, but thats just me.

For the stall flashing, fin warping, and dual stalls, my belief is thats they were just measuring a stall different ways.
