Which stall speed converter?
I am building a zz430 clone for my 68 camaro. It has 350 trans. & 3.73 posi rear. Which stall speed converter do I go with? Is this a good choice of engine set up?

What are the cam specs and CR. We need to know since convertor selection involves these.

People are going to tell you to run a 3000 stall. Don't.
2500 is plenty for what you've got, you could even go with a 22-2400. K |
I'm running a 2700-3000 stall with my 350 with a .550 lift cam, I love it, great launches but killerformula is correct, 2500 will be good enough for your set up.

Get a converter with around 2,200 to 2,400 stall. Anything more and the converter will pass up some of your useful torque curve. Remember, a converter doesn't get full lock up until it reaches its approximate RPM range. Anything below that it will be slipping. It is like halfway engaging a manual clutch.
