when I turn the key on, nothing happens. The battery is good, the dome light, the horn, and lights work. But, turn the key to start or backward to accessory and nothing, the radio and heater blower motor have no juice either. If I use a screwdriver to cross the starter solenoid, it spins but does not engage to start the motor. What is up?

The starter not engaing your engine would make me think weak battery, but ur stereo and heater not working I guess a fuse somewhere could be out or maybe the same weak 12v line going to ur starter is going to ur stereo and heater? try to run a wire check the big wire from ur battery to ur starter. I would say...

Check for a fusible link in the wire going to your solenoid, red wire, your not jumping to the start terminal on the solenoid !
