I agree that the most likely problem is a voltage drop (probably in the main battery cables) as noted by others. Just one other thing to think about, however. Your EFI system uses an oil pressure switch on the engine to run the electric fuel pump in the tank. There is a separate fuel pump relay controlled by the computer that activates the pump for about two seconds when the ignition switch is first turned on. If the relay goes bad, the fuel pump won't turn on until the engine is cranked enough to build up oil pressure. Next time, turn the key to run and listen at the fuel filler for the two second fuel pump noise. If it's working, ignore everything I just said, but if not, check the relay. You should also put a fuel pressure gauge on the test port and check for pressure while cranking.
