Who makes a good 3 piece hood (with sides)for my 1930 roadster? I want the sides with or without the louvers. My roadster also has a 32 (original) grill shell. Any leads would be appreciated greatly.

I am guessing Ford? Might try *****in Products. They make most sheetmetal for stuff like that. Don't know personally about the quality, but heard they are good. Just checked their ad, don't see a web address. Phone number for questions is. (619) 443-7703.

Try haganstreetrods.com for your hood and side panels.Pick up a copy of "Street Rodder" magazine,I built most of my 31 street rod using their advertisers,250 pages of articles and ads.Great reading for someone in the building stages of a Rod.

Any '30-31 hood will fit your setup. The A model hood will drop right on the '32 shell, very little fit work is required. just slightly more arch in the peak of the shell. I could fit it up with my thumbs...not that big of a task.

As for who to get a hood from, I cannot speak for Hagan, I have only experience with Rootlieb. Their reputation far exceeds them. I have never had a problem with any of their products, and they will do any type of custom/strech work very quickly.
