Steering box question
I have a question, I have a Chevy nova SS 74 with a power steering, I want to go with a manual steering.
- First question, does a 67-69 camaro manual steering fit for my application? - I have to change the pitman arm (what pitman arm I have to used)?? - Does I need just the pitman arm, manual box, rag joint to make this conversion? - From what car I can take this manual steering box. I asked all those question, because I need more headers clearance, and I dont want to have power steering probleme anymore. If anybody can help me, It will be really appreciate Stephane

Manual steering boxes are also interchangeable in the 1968 - 1974 and 1975 - 1979 year ranges. A swap across those two year ranges may be possible if the correct pitman arm is used to account for front/rear steer differences.
