steering column conversion 1957 chevy pickup

What, if any steering columns will replace the original column in a 1957 Chevy pickup? The easier the conversion the better.

Most pre-plastic GM columns can be made to fit fairly easily. Use the under dash bracket and the column. You will need to modify the bracket to fit under the dash between the dash and the firewall. I installed a mid-70s Monte Carlo column in a '57 Chevy pickup. The car was a donor for it's front clip, the steering column and the power brake unit.
