Yes they should work. The only difference between the cruise control turn and non-cruise control turn; is the cruise control has a wire which runs down the column to the wiring harness. The cruise control turn comes out very easy, just pull the wire out. Then replace with any turn signal, you could probably get a cheep one at the scrap yard.
