Steering Wheel rebuild

I am looking for the padding to go around the wheel si I can recover it, this is on a stock three spoke GM Camaro SS wheel from the late 60's.
Is there a replaceable two part padding for these or any wheels it is a 15" OD wheel

The padding can be anything you want in any thickness depending on the look you're going for. I would suggest neoprene, which is very firm yet pliable, and comes in many thicknesses.

Thanks Dan,
I guess I should have mentioned the only thing I have is the steel outer rim and spokes, the "finger part" has all been removed and needs too be rebuilt

Ah ha. The original foam would have been latex on a steering wheel that old. Latex foam gets hard when exposed to the air and over time it would have turned to dust. You really need to try to find another steering wheel, 'cuz there won't be any replacement foam available. Check this out: ZIP PRODUCTS Or this: CLICK HERE

I am not concerned about the stock look I just want a big fat one that is covered with the same color upholstery as the seat, so no molds for a 15" wheel!

Looks like you're going to have to buy a new wheel and cover it with the right color material.
