steering wheel shimmy

35 ford with Heidt Mustang II suspension with all new front suspension parts, new Michelins balanced on high tech Hunter machine. I am gettng a little shimmy in steering wheel. I can grab wheel hard and goes away but can still feel it deep down. On certain roads steers like glass with no shimmy. Can tire pressure, alignment, shocks cause. this variation. Had aligned at first class shop and am running Bilstein shock made for Mustang II setup. Driving me crazy

I trust the alignment shop made sure the crossmember is installed at the correct angle. Check all points you mentioned but don't forget that most after market kits use "rebuilt" racks in them. It wouldn't be the first one we found that was not rebuilt properly. Check it for end play.

Is the Heidts IFS setup per Heidts specs, it does make a difference?
