My '76 Blazer had a strange problem that caused the front brake on the driver side to drag. The bracket attached to the upper A-arm that the flexible brake line goes through had become so rusted (PA truck) that the ID of the bracket squeezed the line almost completely shut. The brake would apply, but would hold pressure on the caliper. Started out almost unnoticeable but worsened to the point that the brake on that side overheated.
