Stock 340 intake or Edelbrock Performer RPM
Hey guys,
I'm finishing up assembling my engine and I want to get a new intake. It's a mild 340 in my 71 Dodge Challenger, 30 over, purple cam, forged crank, 2.02 1.94 heads, etc.
I have a stock intake. I am running a holley 650 double pumper and I am using the adapter plate on the stock intake for the square bore Holley. I want to get as much as I can out of the engine and don't know if the cost of the Performer RPM would be justified and be a better improvement. I am going with the Performer RPM because I think it will fit with the shaker hood. What do all of you guys think? Thanks for all of your help. Thanks
Dave
