stock CR and piston dish for SBC 350?

What would the stock compression ratio be on a 1987 4 bolt 350SBC? Also how much dish did the stock pistons have? Is the deck 9.025? thanks, Brian

What pistons are in the motor? flat top dished? What cylinder heads? casting number? What head gasket thickness?
Typical stock 350 dished pistons are 11-13cc. flat tops 4-6cc.
typical deck clearance is .025 to .045" steel shim head gaskets (.015") are 3.5cc. Composite gaskets range from .028" to.051" gasket bore size is 4.166" 350 cylinder heads range from 64 to 76-78cc.
You need to know these variables to calculate the cr.
A "stock" low compression dished piston 76cc head 350 is 8.51:1 If say some one replaced the factory .015" shim head gasket with a typical felpro replacement .039" with no other changes the cr would be 7.96:1
