Stock Crank/Rods...how much HP too much?

What is a safe power level for GM factory crank and rods in a Gen1 SBC? I am looking at around 400HP when all is said and done.

I figure 400HP is OK, but not much more over. The block is a 4 bolt main.

4 bolt mains....

knock yourself out... a friend had the same motor but really worked with blower... dyno'd 750hp... so 400hp will be no problem.
