Stock LT1 Caprice..
anyone know what a stock LT1 Caprice runs in the quarter? buddy of mine wants to race and I wanna get an idea of what I'm against.(it had the police package)

My old man's stock 95 Impala SS ran consistent low 15's. I'd expect the cop car to run at least a 15.50.

my buddie has a 95 SS that run a 15.87 and a 15.7 manual shifting it (this is 1/4mi). the car feels a lot stronger than the 1/4mi Xs show.

i love chevrolet so this kills me to say this but thaught you should know
my buddy has a 93 prelude and he pu a H22 Jspec motor in it and another old friend of mine has bubble style impala ss w/ the LT1  so we put them up against each other on this long empty road between towns. and i'll be damned if that prelude didn't woop that impalas' *** all 3 times  that was a horrible site to see. kinda like walking in on a fat lady w/ no clothes J
