stock SBC carb need rebuild?
i got a 1980 305 SBC that i just got to put back togther. i pulled the 4bbl stock carb off the intake a week or so ago and i was turning the throttle by hand and the big barrels arent moving underneath at full throttle. what would cause this? do i need to rebuild the carb?
i was looking in the knowledge base and couldnt find anything on rebuilding carbs. Does anyone know any links for rebuilding it? i believe the carb is the q-jet

I'm not a Q-Jet expert, but I think the secondaries are locked out if the choke is closed.
