storing lots of parts?
How do you go about storing the parts you pull off a project? I'm beginning to worry about things like the fenders and hood changing shape during storage. Hang 'em from the rafters? From the walls? Wood bracing? The baggies full of bolts and brackets and other small parts are not much trouble. It's the big body panels that worry me.

Have you got a basement corner that is dry and not being used? I have a quite a pile of parts for my Monte in a corner. Otherwise, try hanging the fenders and hood in the rafters like you mentioned.
In a while, Chet. |
