Straight Axel in a 86 C4 Vette

Has any one on this forum done this or seen it done...I'm looking to do it this winter and would like some detailed info ...I can fab it myself just need the info..Can't seem to find anyone that will share info..and the few places that will sell the rears are crazy price wise...anyone????

I assume you mean the rear axle and not the front. Here's a link with some pictures from a guy who did his own. ski_down_it's Vette He's also a pretty good guy and would probably be glad to share some info with you re/ this.
