What you are looking for is a "semi-elliptical" or "parallel spring" front Axle it's what the Chevy trucks of the day used. Ford used one "transverse" spring axle where most everyone else used the "parallel" spring axle with one going with the frame on both sides of the frame.
The one pictured with springs is for a "Gasser" style so it isn't what you are after. But the other may work, it's from a 47-53 Chevy pickup. That along with some springs that are available to lower it, you can get it right down there where it belongs.
