straight/drop axle install

does anyone have tips on installing a straight/drop axle for a gasser type car, for a 40-41 willys, pics and web sites are what i'm also looking for...thx

straight/drop axle install

i'm using an after market 2x4 boxed framed , tubbed at the rear, also already has a mustang II front end installed in it..with upper and lower tubular control arms, manual rack...would like to keep the brake assembly (rotors and calipers)....will i have to remove the crossmember and perches?
