street beast frame

this should be an easy question for you guys. my sb frame has that red primer on it. should i remove all of it and re primer prior to painting the frame?

I wouldn't take a chance without knowing how it was put on... Could start to come off right after you paint it..

This might be too late but I re-welded every weld in the frame as I did not like them Ground down the old ones and re-welded. cleaned mine up and rounded everyone. My poor finngers were sore for weeks.
