The best and cheapest rollers I've found are stock donut spares from the local pick-your-part yards. You can buy them around here for $5-15. For Fords get the ones from a full-size Ford, Mercury or Lincoln, they should have a dual bolt pattern, 5 on 4.5" and 5 on 5".
Cheap and even when flat roll fairly easily.
You guys with Chevy bolt patterns can find the same style donuts with dual 5 on 4.75" and 5 on 5" patterns.
