well all i have to do is get 1 or 2 time slips to see how fast it go's.
then improve on it. do i need better heads and more compression for the cam. they recomend at least 11 to 1 but i dont have that, they said it would probley work ok. as long as its got good power and it has vary good power, and rev's vary quick Iwas thinking about some bad a** pistons and angle milled
dart 2. how do i keep the rockers from needing ajusted every few days ( trying it out and tuning it up) as it is i will be ajusting valves between rounds.

thanks everyone
chris

Do those camel humps head you have screw in studs. Seems odd that you have to adjust them so much.

you know i thought so to but i also have 600 lift springs. and yes i do have screw in studs. along time ago i made the mistake and didnt buy them and f**ked everything up so i always put them know. should i get a good stud girdle for extra protection. i already replaced the studs before i put the heads on and the old ones were bent (after i bought the heads). It runs so good that i realy hate to start it for fear that it will break. I had one pushrod break already, it broke and fell down into the cam jurnel and broke the cam in to. I had to pull it out and look at all the bearings and see if they were ok, and yes i was trying it out. and now i am running it on race gas, braking it in. I had pump gas in it last and i think it was pinging alot (you see i didnt have mufflers or pipes or anything to tell whether it was or not. but now i have some pipes on it and getting mufflers so i can here it.
