street rod type of ratchet shifter?

are there any shifters out there similar to the type that lokar offers that have a ratchet type of gear engagement rather than the typical detent?

something that looks like this but a ratchet...

i work at an aftermarket auto parts store, and we carry lokar, b&m, and hurst, and to be honest with u, i have never seen a ratchet style shifter with that style shaft on it, all of the ratchet style shifters use a short shaft with the lever on them for reverse lockout, i can check tomorrow when i work and see if i can come up with anything for ya

yeah man, i flipped through all the catalogs and didnt find anything like what your looking for

maybe a machine shop could machine u a shaft for a normal ratchet shifter base, i dunno just an idea
