It's a little lighter this month, but I managed to click that Paypal link before December slipped away.

Wouldn't it be great if the so-called "justice" system in the U.S. had a sort of triage to dump the unmeritorious lawsuits before they cost anyone except the filer? Guess things won't change so long as it's set up by lawyers, for lawyers.

Even a loser-pays-all policy wouldn't help -- the attacker could just declare bankruptcy and reopen under another name.

I find a small amount of satisfaction in this thread getting over 24,000 hits!

I also have just sent $20.00 for the protection of our right to criticize any products that are on the market today.
If streetbeast were smart they would drop the law suit and focus their discussion right here in this forum to defend their products they make for sale and welcome any and all critic's opinions on their product and learn by them as to who they should have supply the parts or what they should do to improve their products so they won't receive bad press in the first place.

I know this from the past as a business owner and a promoter of public services that in the process of getting my products out for sale I had to endure a lot of backlash from the general public sometime even (personal) attacks."BUT" instead of filing suit a aganst every one of them I met them head on with my own responses proving myself as providing a good or better product then my competitors and in the end I sold many, many, of my programs and services.

I'm in, I hate these kind of shi# birds......When i make a sale on ebay i will donate whatever i can.........
