streetbeasts

know the tactics of classic motor carraiges etc.. all the companies involved .still have the original court documents involving federal class action lawsuit against classic motor carraiges.it took 3 years to settle but did receive my vehicle.however was informed that the cars etc.. were being built from new molds.this was not true.they only refurbished their old molds.

like i said i have all the documents from start to finish when streetbeasts took over.that being said if you need copies let me know.in the interim will post some parts and donate some funds.

I'd like an update since I just found this thread...

This is 5 years old, but if the fight is still going on I'd like to donate too... I hate companies that use tactics such as this (high-pressure sales and deceptive statements).

As far as I know, it's only a few months old. Look at the date Jon started the thread. They probably haven't even done discovery yet.

Hi boatbob2,
I don't think they want to make the answer to your question public,
no sense in giving the enemy anything that may fortify there position.
You might try a pm to Jon.
Rich

Free Speech

It's people like those on this forum that make America the greatest nation on the planet. They see fit to stand together to defend the freedoms hard won by the blood of their fathers. Far too many people forget that this nation was conceive by the people for the people. And it's the people that have ultimately paid the price at every key moment to maintain the foundations of our freedoms. I think lawyers over the past few generations have built a false wall between the people and the government in part to secure a position for themselves as our paid intermediates. Why else would all laws be written in legalese instead of plain speech? The system is only broken because the common man and common sense has been forced out of the process.

I'm proud to donate what little I can to help.
