I read about that outfit when I visited hotrodders.com in the past. Did a bit of research and I believe those folks are lower than whale feces on the bottom of the ocean. Part of the reason I registered was to add a bit more support to your cause. I just hit the paypal button.

Defamation is the act of harming the reputation of another by making a false statement to a third person, meaning if what you said is not true, they don't have a case.

Jon, I just sent my donation via PayPal. Thanks for your brave stand against the "beast". I presently own a '34 three window coupe produced by CMC, and although I'm the 3rd owner, I was completely unaware of the clouded history of CMC/Street Beasts, and their other affiliates until I joined this forum. I like the car, but if I had known about the company's checkered past, I would have opted to look for something else.
I hope that you can continue the battle, and help right this wrong.

I was thinking about Streetbeast this morning and how it reminds me of another story. I have a vet here in town that is a moral-less piece of garbage. To make a very long story short he had 61 feedback (and it grew to more) on a review site called Yelp.com when I first went there and left a negative review. That day there were maybe five positive, the HORROR stories that people left would make a pet owners hair stand on end.

Well, soon after I left my negative feedback he contacted me threatening me with a lawsuit! He did the same to every one of the 55 or so people who left negative feedback. Now mind you, every person had a story, not just bad talk, they had a story, they were REAL.

People like me told him to go to hell. Others posted the threats in their reviews but you know what, about forty of those negative reviews are now gone! I went there last night to find 21 feedback with all the positive ones still there. Makes me SICK that SOB could do this.

This vet reminds me of someone we know here at Hotrodders, high pressure sales, changed names and locaton, you know the story.

We need to fight this piece of garbage (my personal opinion Streetbeast) and kick their ***.
