strengthing a glass T body
I bought a 27 T body from Old Dogs Street Rods that has two opening doors.
I was planning on fiberglassing 5/8" or 3/4" plywood for the floor. The body has a molded firewall and was planning on using a steel repo dash witch should help with rigitity. I have read on other forums that recommend using wood and polyester resin with matting? I have been doing autobody repair professionally for over 10 years and also restore vintage snowmobiles so I have done a fair amount of fiberglassing but not very knowledgeable in the wood department. Anyone have any pics of projects they did?
