Striping on wheel?

Got me a new set of steelies and getting them powder coated. But how does a person paint or stripe 2 circles unto the wheel, as shown in the picture? I don't see how one can use a brush and be uniform and straight. I suppose the wheel has to be rotated but what is the application? Need help from somebody, anybody.

I know you said 2 stripes but this is what I did (had done) because I didn't want the beauty rings and wanted something different. I live in the country so I figured the barbed wire effect would be "fittin'" Now if you watch a good pin striper you'll see how a person can do the wheels, you need experience, the right striper paint, the right pin striping brush....and a steady hand.

Another way of doing it.

I have seen guys who jacked the car up off the ground and then got their One Shot sign painters paint and very slowly turned the wheel while holding the brush in one spot and the results were not bad.

Trying to pinstripe something round has never been very easy if you want good results.

Just remember if you want to try jacking the car or truck up that you can always wipe it back off if you are not happy with your first results.

Also pallet your One Shot first to get the right constancy before you start.
