Just a couple of thoughts . . . Most all of the aluminum cast oil pans will not work in a stroker application (they are a bit narrower internally), at least they claim they don't work on a 400 . . . . Also, when buying studs (like ARPs, etc) for the mains, I think a 383 requires buying the 400 studs. I think. Gotta get the windage tray down below the crank throw. How did I come to this conclusion, you ask? ? ? Bought learnin'
