These are what I work on at work. Amazing the amount of differences between these and a 350. Working on these so doesn't make that good with a 350 BTW they are 903 cubic inch, turbo charged ,v config ,aftercooled engine. Make about 600 hp at 2200rpm and 2000 ftlb torque at the same. Move the Bradleys pretty quick at up to 60mph which is way faster than you want to really go

The guys in the picture are some of the guys who I supervise from california. He's into imports and is quite a good racer with em but doesn't know much about chevys and such. Hoping that working with block blocks like these will rub off on him

Now THAT'S fine machinery. Did you know that the old dual range hydramatic tranny was originally designed for use in one of those? No wonder it saw so much service in puny little dragsters.

That goes double for me too. Isn't it interesting that there are hotrodders keeping machinery running in the most critical of services, I imagine the crew that maintains Airforce 1 are the same.

I met a fine gentlman on this very forum that had a hand in designing AF1 and he's a rodder too. Hotrodders will rule the world...or at least keep it running and making it go faster than designed.
