Styling Up Your Cars Accessories

Hey guys I am thinking of buying a new truck and one things that bothered me is plain paint jobs.

To style up this maroon/red truck that really caught my interested i am thinking about chroming the gas cap/cover and the door handles.

I really don't like bright red colored trucks so i am going with a color like this maroon truck here.

But it could cost thousands of bucks so ive been seeing how could i get a quality chrome.

But here is the general idea.

But i found this great paint company and instead of spending thousands of bucks i figured i could get their killer chrome can for 50 bucks or their extreme quality Chrome FX kit and pimp out my current car and maybe if i buy this truck its accessories to.

check this out

500 bucks for their Chrome FX kit instead of 50 for their normal Can but look at this mirror quality. And shoot it would cost me thousands of bucks to get my accessories done by a paint company this way its cheaper just as good and i could do some of my friends car accessories also.

here is their site http://alsacorp.com

im going to do some youtube videos as soon as the stuff arrives :-)

you are in for a big surprise, there is a reason chrome parts cost what they do. I'd say you are about to find that out ........ was that 50 bucks for a spray can of PAINT?

Reminds me of the days when head lights were glass, now people spend time and money polishing there head lights.

So instead of polishing the chrome one can just repaint it ....

Any of this remind anyone of the 60s when the flashy cheep fakes; plastic chrome garbage was sent from japan.

Oh yes it was cheep, looked just like the real product in a picture (you tube) and from 10 feet away, only now it has become american production, how sad.

Well my order should be arriving next week and yes 50 bucks seems expensive but your paying for quality automotive mirror finish. Instead of paying a chrome company thousands of bucks.

Hmmmm, you wouldn't have some connection with Alsa would you? Your post looks like a well thought out marketing tool to me.

yep. looks like an add to me.. notice, the name of the truck is not mentioned ( it is an Explorer Sport Trac ). the Chrysler grille has the emblem whited out.. yep looks like an add for Alsa

me. yea, I 'style up' my vehicles.. I normally go for Ford Rangers which pretty much have an any year fits any year thing as far as exterior parts compatibility..

I went from this

to this

and finally, had somthing that looked pretty good

Sorry, but I'm going to ask a few questions. What is your overall goal with the vehicle you want? I personally wouldn't add any plastic chrome whatsoever to any vehicle.

Also is this your first time customizing a vehicle?
