I know use gas/ mig wire . I finally broke down and got ahold of a mig welder 80 amp 115v household current, I am not very experienced at all, last time I welded was 12 years ago and that was with a stick welder (arc), did not use it very much at that. Did use it enough to lay down a weld that mimiced coins laid over. I have noticed that my flux (arc) wire feed welder is similar.



This welder uses .030" wire, would anyone have any suggestions as to which brand flux wire I should use when I need to replace the wire, I plan to use it primarily on sheetmetal/ bodypanels. Any other suggestions would be appreciated as well. Thanks

No one has any suggestions on a good quality flux wire for body work of the .030" variety?

I have used Lincoln MP211 Innershield, worked pretty good for me.
