Summit cams any good?

Have anyone used a Summit cam? I was looking at a couple different cams on their site & I see they are pretty cheap so I'm wondering are they okay or are they trash? It will not be going in a racing engine or nothing like that. Here are the ones I was looking at.

They're fine. Just be sure to use all the "usual" precautions when breaking it in.

HERE'S a page on cam break in procedures, etc.

Crane no longer supplies the Summit branded cams.

Some other company is the supplier now.

I have one of their blower cams in my BBC. No problems at all, and a great price. Not sure who makes them, but I don't think Summit would risk their reputation on junk. I buy a lot of Summit brand items and I have never had a problem.

I have used them before and now have one in my 302 Ford, and I am very satisfied. When you order the cam order a can of ISKY Lube it will give it added protection also a bottle of ZDDP for breakin.

I'm using one now and also have in the past. I don't have anything bad to say. Like previously posted-it's all about the break in.Good times
