Summit Harmonic Damper SBC

I am building a 383 SBC stroker. This car will be street most of the time with a trip to the track 8-10 times a years. Horsepower for the car should be around 450HP I was looking at the summit harmonic dampers. Has anyone heard anything good or bad?

That Summit dampener is manufactured by Cyco Systems Corporation
in Australia. It's a high quality part at a good price. I have used then
for years to 8000 RPM with no problems to date.

Try c-4265 its a lot cheaper and has all the same features. I have one and am very pleased with the quality. I think it is manufactured in Australia.

It is good to hear that about this product. That is what I wanted to know because Summit has a name brand make their specific item. Looking on the internet I see that this is a very focused company that one of their main specialties is harmonic dampers. So sounds like this may be the way to go
