Summit Racing vortec heads VS GM Performance Vortec heads

Bout' to order some Vortec heads for my 350. Budget is around 6-650ish...
These are the heads I have come up with.
Summit Racing #SUM-151124 (max lift .520) OR
GM performance #12558060

Which are a better choice? I would guess GM heads, but the higher lift in capability keeps pulling me back into consideration of the summit.
I ALREADY search this forum and many others looking for a good answer, found none....
Thanks for your help!
