Yeah, Camo duct tape works real good! :D

Yes, but sewing them works better and looks better. Check out this thread: CLICK HERE Post #3 in this thread shows 1955 Ford sun visors re-done: CLICK HERE

I'm guessing you missed this part of his question, or it just can't be done, right?

All that's left is Velcro! :D

Did you read my answer? I said yes, it can be done, but sewing works better and looks better.

So.......How can it be done? I think that's what he's after.
The duct tape thing and Velcro was just a little humor tossed in. I would like to know myself as the visors are trashed in my truck also, and I don't have a sewing machine either. The Camo tape worked on my mudder truck good enough to keep them from falling apart all together. Let's face it, a 35 yr. old rusty mud truck realy isn't worth all the effort but who knows what he's working on. Probably something nice like your 55. :mwink:

The sun visors I showed were glued together and then sewn around the perimeter. You do all the steps I showed up until you use the sewing machine around the edge. You use high temp top and trim adhesive instead of foam to foam glue.

Thanks Dan, I"m thinking of trying flex chrome back to back around the edge. Joe
