So.......How can it be done? I think that's what he's after.
The duct tape thing and Velcro was just a little humor tossed in. I would like to know myself as the visors are trashed in my truck also, and I don't have a sewing machine either. The Camo tape worked on my mudder truck good enough to keep them from falling apart all together. Let's face it, a 35 yr. old rusty mud truck realy isn't worth all the effort but who knows what he's working on. Probably something nice like your 55.

The sun visors I showed were glued together and then sewn around the perimeter. You do all the steps I showed up until you use the sewing machine around the edge. You use high temp top and trim adhesive instead of foam to foam glue.
