super t10

ive ben haveing problem with it going into revers an most the time when i can get it into revers it sticks is somthin worn or is it out of adjustment

It sounds to me like your shifter is out of adjustment. Put the car on jack-stands and with the transmission in neutral, there should be a place on the shifter housing to align the linkage using an alignment pin.

what should i use for the alignment pin i seen were it go's when i pulled the shifter to clean it.thot that was the problem was realy dirty

I used to use a small phillips screw driver, but anything that's about the right size will do.

wasnt shure if it had to be a serton size to align every thing right

1/4" rod or 1/" drill bit usually fits. Be sure the shifter bushings are not worn. Hurst has replacements in both nylon and brass.

i already replaced all the bushings with the brass 1's. i changed them from the factory rubber 1's couldnt find replacements for the rubber 1's any were
