The blue one back there is a 47 GMC 1 1/2 ton. It's a parts truck for a project my dad has had planned for years. We have a heavy 3/4 ton GMC that he wants to make into an extended cab truck. All told we have 3 of them. The project rig and 2 1 1/2 tons. One of which is actually serving as a lawn ornament at the moment.

Depends on personal choice. Turbo lag or right now power.
I drive a twin turbo car daily so trust me I know. Also a centrifugal uses much less power than a roots style blower. |

The point is I'm still undecided on which direction I want to go. I'm starting to think I'm just going to build up my 355. Non supercharged for now. Once I save up a few pennies I'll get a supercharger for the motor. Along with some new pistons and a cam to work with it.
Lot of xtra money n time. Build it 4 a blower the first time and youll b happier. HG |

Your right. I should just do it right the first time. I've got a running motor in it right now so at least I don't have to worry about it sitting around unused. Heck I can even use El Sprinto to run it's own parts.
Now what supercharger? the questions are endless as the choices. |
