Supplier for 1 .095 DOM steel tubing.

Does anyone know of a supplier in the NY Metro area that supplies DOM and ERW steel tubing? Preferably in Westchester county??

Thanks Rusty

You may have to go over to NJ for that..most of the steel suppliers that I know are out in the industrial areas...At least that is the way it is here.

Tiptoe thru the phone book till you find someone...I had to make an effort to find a supplier that can meet my needs for steel..

DOM is most likely a special order and the price of steel is going out of sight ,,, Just paid 176.00 for three lengths of 1/34 0.95 ERW. .DOM is about twice that...4130 well don't ask..

I don't live in New York, And not really sure where your county is but..... any little fab shop around where you live should be able to point you in the right direction , If you are nice they may be able to attach it to a shipment they have coming in, if say it comes once a week from Buffalo, just a thought. Another thought may be that .095 is a little oddball. That does not mean that I am implying that is the wrong material, just that most the smaller yards I use don't carry D.O.M. or .095, and if they do it is pretty limited in O.D size options. They usually start at .035, than .065, .083 and then jump .120 but that is just around here and it is usually welded but they will get it for me it takes about a week.
