Hey again,

I'm looking for a supplier of nice cast aluminum valve covers for my center bolt sbc heads.

I'm trying to build my '32 roadster without ANY billet. I like the look of the old-style finned aluminum covers (I think they went on Corvettes), but no one seems to make them for the new center bolts.

I'm not interested in using the new-to-old adapters. I've heard they leak, and they cost WAY too much.

So, mfgs of cast aluminum finned valve covers for center bolt heads?

Thanky!

Try EBAY if that your thing, check under "valve covers...usually 25-30 pages.
JIM PACE CHEVROLET is a GENERAL MOTORS PERFORMANCE PARTS distributor. They have a really nice selection of center bolt valve covers. http://www.paceparts.com/store.asp
MOONEYES has some polished finned center bolt valve covers, but you'll choke when you see the price. http://66.216.94.142/
I chose not to use billet on my current ZZ4 motor and had my original steel valve covers powder coated in chromium w/ clear coat. http://myweb.cableone.net/rottie3054/DSC00009.JPG
