will i need to weld in some bracing before i cut out my firewall to replace it?
if so, how much?
im doing the firewall and the matching front floor kit
and question # 2
i will also be doing the rockers and rear quarters,
should i do all of this in any special order(firewall first or rockers first etc.)
Across the bottom and an xross top rightn to bottom left and vice versa should do it . Take some measure ments first and record them somewhere safe so in a coupkle years when u get around to the new firewall you can copare.
Why do u have to replace it? :welcome:
i using a big block and would like the extra space and have the engine as far back as i can get to make more room for cooling equipment
the new wall and floor should be here in a week or so (direct sheet had to make it ) and the body is just about ready to lift off
so i'll be installing it very soon
i already have the rockers and lower quater panels and was wondering if i should do them first?
